Gregory Falk is the principal of Gregory Falk & Associates located in Sydney CBD. Since its inception in 1994 the firm has provided legal services to government, corporations, industry superannuation trustees, estates, and private clients.
Gregory Falk was admitted in 1988 and is celebrating 30 years’ experience as a solicitor providing legal services in a range of commercial and litigious areas. He has advised corporate, small business, and private clients in banking and finance, licensing, leasing, and contract matters. He has acted on purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties; and the purchase and sale of businesses. He has obtained successful outcomes in litigation matters involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, superannuation disputes, Will disputes, and family provision claims.
Gregory Falk has completed a Master of Laws (Applied Law Wills Probate) through College of Law, Sydney. He has a particular interest in the areas of Wills and Estates Disputes, and Elder Law.
Since 1995 Gregory Falk has acted and continues to act for industry superannuation trustees in recovering unpaid superannuation contributions. He is a leading provider of legal services in this area.
